My Plans for 2013... so far
Do not be a weekend warrior, exercise through the week and not just at the weekend.
Jog Monday to Friday, aim for 20 minutes each night followed by a tiny bit of toning like side kicks or curtsey's.
Yoga moves at the weekend to lengthen and strengthen.
Bring blood pressure down naturally, (regular exercise apparently should help,) don't want to go on medication at this stage, thanks all the same.
Get cholesterol checked, just found out that eldest sister has a reading of 20, another sister has high cholesterol as do two cousins, time to get checked, never been checked before.
Go to the dentist, you've been in pain for long enough.
Get glasses, you can't see.
Sell some of the multitude of bags you have in the back bedroom closet which never see the light of day, share them with the world, they are gorgeous and if you won't use them, let someone else.
Make a list of all of the small things you want to change at home or purchase to make it a nicer place to live, for instance, I'd like a new mirror for the dining room and an aperture instead of individual picture frames for the front hall, I want to see loving faces staring back at me as I come and go.
