Glastonbury Magic

I thoroughly enjoyed the match yesterday.  Firstly, the commentators, apart from our own Sue Barker, we had Mr John McEnroe, the enfant terrible, the rebel with a cause is actually, whether he wants to be or not, now part of the establishment and as much Wimbledon as strawberries and cream, it was great to see him and to hear that familiar voice.

Fedora v Tsonga was a great match.  Sorry to see Roger depart before the semi's, before the final even, but well done to the excitable and exuberant Jo Wilfred Tsonga and his happy dance when he got through!

Andy Murray positively cruised into the semi's, come on Andy!

I heard on the radio this week that a librarian about to turn 60, had created a bucket list with 60 do-able things on the list.  I haven't reviewed my list for a while but not even sure I have six things on it.  I obviously need to give this some more thought.  Feel free to send me suggestions!

I watched the first episode of the new, highly rated mini series; "Mildred Pierce." As to be expected with Kate Winslet in the cast, this is a classy and mesmerising drama. The story of a single Mother, doing what she has to, to make ends meet and keep the family going. The first episode is a taster as expected, but I will be watching the remainder of the series, can't wait to see what's coming for Mildred.   Definitely one to look out for madam!

Thought you might enjoy some Coldplay/Glasto magic...

Every Teardrop http://youtu.be/Boo1M0EIGww   Look out for Gwynnie and Beyonce at the end!

And especially for our darling Drama Queen in the making, Jessie J at Glastonbury with some help from a little girl called Shay; http://youtu.be/fAHTrNi1T7Y  enjoy x
